The D14 I bought was covered with greasy dirt on the bottom. I cleaned it up last weekend, and hadn't had a chance to work on it this past week. When I checked the headlight bulbs to see of they were 6 or 12 volts prior to going out to pick up additional items in my quest to once again get the electrical system functional I found that I've got a drain plug leaking hy-trans. It appears that someone attempted to seal the plug using some kind of white plastic material on the plug when threading it into the bottom of the tractor.
Do auto parts stores carry drain plug repair kits that large? |
