My cylinders leak pretty good and I was going to replace the packing.
Mine is a Series II (Post 3500 serial) with the Gland nut

Parts supplier has a Kit but it does not indicate if it is for both cylinders or not. Kit is pretty pricey so I was wondering if any of you had redone these before. My 190 lift cylinders were pretty cheap to do

Charlie, when I did mine for my WD45 I bought them from Sandy Lake.  I believe it was just for one.

Yep, I called them. Kit is 3 times the cost of my 190 kit.

The last cylinder I did up with new V packing and new guide bushing, cost me $8 for the packing from Motion Industries and there were 2 more v seals than I needed.
You have to measure the bore and the rod and they will match you up with what you need. Depth of gland and thickness of the nut wouldn't hurt to have written down.

I didn't think about them, they are local to me. I get bearings there.

When I worked repairing machine tools, about 90% of our bearings and seals came from Motion Ind.
