If any of you guys like to read funny books you might like to find this 1. Its called   "Me 'n Wesley" by Bruce Carlson. It is about how me 'n Wesley made and played with toys from junk we'd find in Iowa's creeks, cow lots and woods. It is probably the funniest book I have ever read. It was printed for Quixote Press by Brennan Printing 100 main St Deep River Iowa 52222 515-595-2000. Around 1990. I don't dare tell ol shameless about this. I think its got some stories in it that might give him something to think about. The positions these two put themselves in would make today's moms pass out. Like playing in the hog lot before Church on Sunday morning.   And things like him and Wesley shooting pigeons in the barn loft with an air rifle and tossing them out the loft door and watching his dad and neighbor shoot them with 20 gauges. Paw thought the boys was just shoeing them out for them. They didn't have electric greeze guns back then but the shennagans these two pulled are worth reading about.
