I'm looking to buy an adjustable cam gear for a wd45 cam. I've got the 3 bolt pattern for the gear. Anybody that's got anything, pm me pictures and a price. Thanks in advance.

Why not slot the holes on your gear. Not a problem with mill and rotary table. MACK

How much can you gain by changing the cam gear like this?
Is it only a 1/2 tooth advance that is needed?
