Just brought my 1955 ca to her new home on sat. this is the same tractor I drove 42 years ago when I worked in the celery fields. The original owner called and wanted me to have it, now it's mine. Don't know where to start, needs paint everything else works great! The front rims are solid creme colored, is that correct for that year?

It's your tractor so whatever you want is correct!  The actual correct color would persian orange #1.

Front rims were Orange, back rims were galvanized and back wheel centers were Orange. Everything else was orange except the rubber tires, the light lenses, and the muffler. Good luck with a great tractor.

Now that sherman made atractor out of it, I bet. 8 speds forward and 2 reverses. Allis should have done that to all their tractors.
