Does any have or know of a running UM engine that could be for sale? I found an "M". It looks good, but, it has set outside with NOTHING over the exhaust pipe.

I would pull the head and have a look before swapping engines. You might find it's rebuildable. We got an old Wallis a while ago that had set for years with no head and no cover on the engine.  It was only lightly stuck. The engine was so worn that any water that had got in had run past the pistons and into the crank case.
