Any opinions on building a header for a 240 cubic inch wc. Like how to do it, how long to make them and is it worth it.

240 cubic inches with a stock cam and a stock sized carburator running less than 2500 RPM ????? I wouldn't waste my time. Use a WD-45 or newer manifold.

If you're still running a basic size stock carb, good luck running 400 cubes at 3,000 RPM.
