ya'll ever have "left over night?" ya eat what's left over in the fridge and/or freezer that there ain't nuff to make a whole meal off of? well that was me tonight. found a 1/2 pork chop, ate that, then found part of a salad with cheeze...ate that, then found sum smoked mac & cheese...ate that, then found a small batch of mixed veggies...ate them, found about a pint of smoked beans...ate them, finished off the last 3 slices of bread with a little roast beef and cheeze on them, then took the last of the ice cream in the container, topped it with the rest of the hot fudge. I gots a lot out of the fridge and freezer and didn't hafta throw nuthin away! now there's room for more beer!

I peeled some taters tonight so we could have left overs Wacko We had a big chunk of roast beef the other night with gravy and all, so tonight it was open faced roast beef samiches made with mashed taters gravy with left over cooked carrots mixed in, and a side of my home grown green beans.
That reminds me, I gotta tell my neighbor we're out of his home grown beef again. He's always worried about paying me cash for my time  helping  him do field work. I say, just keep the pork and beef coming Thumbs Up
