Don't look to start an argument Guys,,but I believe the world is a safer place this morning because of President Trump's belief in America. A historic event for sure. I was especially pleased in the agreement to return missing American remains from the Korean war. A neighbor called us to say she is praying she finally gets to get her husbands remains after so many years.

President Trump and his administration have accomplished something that many people thought would never happen. And just watch, he will give credit to his staff for making it happen. It will be "we" did it, not "I" did it. And hopefully repatriation of missing service members' remains will bring final closure to many bereaved families.

You just have a hard time accepting the fact that Donald Trump is being a much better President than the previous office holder, don't you. I remember the days of the lead-up to the Korean War,,,,,,,,, and it was a very scary time! I can remember one day when airplanes covered the sky from the east to the west, flying north, I presume to take the route over the North Pole to Korea. Hours and hours of airplanes,,,,,,,,, I did not know at that time we had so many planes, nor have I ever experienced anything like it. There was a small surge during the ramp up to Viet Nam, but no way like the earlier time. I am 77 years old,,,,,,,,, have lived with the fear of communism, and it's horrible side during these many years! Viet Nam was a disgrace typically because of the democrapic anti-war demonstrations. For the first time since 1951-52-53(you pick a time when you think the war started),,,,,,,,,, we have seen a lessening of tensions on the Korean Peninsula,,,,,,,,,,,,
and that's all you can come up with.............. Many times I have wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but with these stupid remarks you have erased any respect I have for you!

WE have NOTHING to loose and EVERYTHING to gain..... Korea has EVERYTHING to loose and MUCH to gain if they follow the correct plan.. Their people are starving, no jobs, no heat, no lights... its like 200 years ago.... They have EVERYTHING to gain... lets hope they take this opportunity .

Could it be possible that by not being seen as a 4th rate dictator but as more of an equal he might become more cooperative in the future? Now I'm not going to argue with anybody about this. I'm just saying let's wait and see what happens before we start chopping the president's head off for being a dumbass.

China is going to come out ahead with this deal. The deal calls for denuking the entire peninsula. That includes everything we have there! I'm not feeling particularly cozy and safe right now! I'm thinking those in the south are not feeling it either!!!
Probably time for this to go to the political section!

What about the Democrats and the Russian Collusion Investigation that has turned up nothing but a Political Witch Hunt ! Has this B.S. not elevated Vladmir Putin to a higher authority by the implication that he can influence elections? Also does the Democrats actually know how are election system operates or do they not influence elections with Black Panthers intimidating voters or Vote early and often, registering deceased voters and fighting against voter identification claiming Republicans want to disenfranchise voters.

This whole thread really belongs on the political forum. I stay away from there because there is very little thoughtful discussion there, it is almost all bashing the other guys but seldom is there any give and take. That said, I truly hope this agreement works but I have grave doubts that NK will follow through. Time will tell, but I do hope you guys are right.
