This appeared for sale on kijiji.ca in our area. Thought this has to be one of the more unusual uses for a Gleaner! |

Hi. I remember when Dad was the Service Manager for Allis Chalmers' Toronto Branch, a farmer from the Oshawa area was trying to install a snow blower onto a Gleaner. I don't know whether it worked well or not. Ross. |

I thought about doing that very thing. Would be much more comfortable than my 'ol WD with blades front and back!

At one time they were making snowblowers to go on NI Uni-Power units.
I would like to put my in-line small baler on my 708. |

The is someone near me that still has a snowblower mounted on a unitractor with the rear wheel assist. He says that it is the easiest thing to get stuck that he has ever used. He claims that when one wheel spins all the others stop. Then when it is stuck, it is about the worst thing ever to get unstuck.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
