Now whose got that truck in their collection!?? I wouldn't mind even a "First Gear" model version. It would go nice with the B61 Mack and lowboy which I have.

I seen that while doing my nightly AC search on Ebay. I thought it was just a truck painted orange with an AC logo on it. I guess if I would have looked I would have seen the Allis-Chalmers written on the engine.

My grain hopper would look great behind that unit. I hope the truck engine started in the cold better than the diesel farm tractor engines I am familiar with. Of course, there has been tremendous progress made with cold weather starting. I don't know if it is increased injector pressures, head/piston design, timing or what it is, but there is no comparison between my newer diesel engines versus the 7050 and 220.

That's a early to mid 70's K100, actually both are. The tattles are no cab tube step, it is mounted to wheel well air cleaner which by 1980 had been placed over or behind the engines. I had a 1979 K100C with a 92 Series Detroit, bad choice on engines but quite a tractor unit, I believe the tube style step/grab handles came out in '77. Mine did have the same suspension, KW torsion bar, worthless as it wore in and would flip the swing knuckles over.
