Weigh yourself on a scale, hold weight and stand on scale, subtract your weight from total.

I have a set of Rowe wheel weights on my 1951 WD Allis.  They are about 4 inches thick and weigh 400 pounds a piece.  I called Rowe Foundry about five years ago and the receptionist keeps a book at the desk with all of the old weight information.  Rowe Foundry in Martinsville, IL is still in business and they have an interesting web site.  http://www.rowefoundry.com/   The phone number is at the top right of their page.
