It should do a decent job on clover for sure.  I have done clover with a K.  Make sure that you get the proper finishing sieve for it.  I am now using all crops, and belive that I a have a 1/8" screen in them.  HTH.

Make sure you have the additional Damper Flap for the air control on the F2, you can shut down the main flap all the way and it will still put too much air on clover and will blow a lot out the back, same for fescue. Just been my experience.

Gary, I'm using our F3 on clover and fescue. We go over about 100 acres of clover some years.  I have a clover screen and put 1/4" plyboard over the bottom air intake screen and it does a real good job.

We have several running,  first the cylinder bars must be even, no worn dips, the same with concave channel bars.  You will need 5 or maybe even 7.  Cylinder level of course. Tie up or pull out metal curtain over raddle. As stated install clover screen for a nice almost perfect seed sample - note if you can't find one they are all discontinued.  71352301 is the # for an R40 and it can be made to fit the late model F2's with the 4 cyl engine (long shoes)   71302690 was the # for the 78 and up F2's.  The air will have to be choked off.  The small seeds kit was best, nla, but we have had just as good results by fabricating a vertical riser in front of the fan that the choke will mate up with and almost close off all air.  This must be rigid and braced and not able to damage fan as a disaster will occur if any fan choke system is sucked into the fan.  Set the chaffer at about 3/4 and watch to make sure the tailings does not plug. If so lower the chaffer til the crop flows through.   Better check really good for leaks in shoe, conveyor and elevator as even a small one can result in major losses.  Unload often or be prepared to get a lot of scooping exercise - I would bet the unloader needs attention to handle a good clean out job in the bin..
