Going to look at a B with a belly sickle mower attached.

Owner says it is manual lift but it has a hydraulic lift but is not used. Does the ram operate the belly mower lift? Or just the rear?

is the sickle attachment a common item? Anyone have a picture of one so I can tell if it is all there? He said it works as they mow pasture with it.

The tractor is a little more than I want to put out but the sickle may add to the value.

It is common to find a B or C tractor with hydraulics and a manual lift mower.  Apparently, many folks either did not order the extra link that goes from the rear rockshaft to the lift quadrant, or the links were lost over the years.  I have a hydraulic lift link for my mower, and would really miss it if I did not have it.  Regarding the worth or rarity of B/C mowers, this old post may help you decide:

http://www.allischalmers.com/new/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=7609&KW=B%2FC+mower&PID=59294&title=b-c-side-mount-mower#59294 - http://www.allischalmers.com/new/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=7609&KW=B%2FC+mower&PID=59294&title=b-c-side-mount-mower#59294

I should add that the belt pulley for the PTO, the drawbar spacer blocks, and the drawbar turnbuckles are often missing from B/C mowers as well as the lift links, and to the right person any of these items may in fact be worth more than an incomplete mower.  Not that a mower that lacks these things is worthless, as it may even be made to work with some ingenuity.  The key to pricing and buying mounted implements is in being able to tell if all of the attaching parts are present, as they may be very difficult to find separately.
