I am wanting to put different tires on my puller. Right now I have 16.9x26 firestones and am wanting to go to something taller. My question is would a Wd45 with a stock ring and pinion and 315 ci turn 36" or 38" tall tire in a 5500lb class in 1st gear without powering out. Im thinking either 13.6 0r 14.9 wide.

My 17 can spin 18.4x38 bfg in second with 65 ci less than you have. I'd say you shouldn't have a problem.
