anyone knows where one might find front wheel felt seals for a dd grader ?

Try a hydraulics shop for bulk felt as it was used for wiper seals in cylinders, that is where I found the last I bought for a antique truck that was set up similar.

I found seals with multi-lip synthetic compound to use on front hubs - replaced the felt seal with a modern design that both excluded dirt but also moisture.
