My M crawler seems to have the wrong track rollers on it. I think are to be nominally 8" (200 mm) diameter and some of the ones on my machine appear to be 8.5" Does any body know what model of Allis crawler they may have come off of. Terry as i said to you at Hutchinson early M track rollers are different from the later M,S Early rollers were fitted up to serial n,o 4142 then changed again at serial no 8341 then the last type ran up until production end in 1943.The 1st and 2nd type rollers have bushes the 3rd type have tapered bearings,Track frames changed after serial n,o 4142 not sure what the difference is other than roller diameter but they have different part no,s according to the 1948 dealers parts book that i have in my hand.Terry the 3 rollers you can see in your picture are M rollers the little 1 is the odd 1 out.

Does the small roller have flanges on it yet? In the picture it looks to be the same as the others but has the flanges wore off. I have 1 roller here for a M if you need it. Hi Matt-This smaller roller does not have flanges as they have been wore off. If it had the normal flanges on it (8") then it would hit that bigger roller they put in the back (8.5"). How much for the (1) M roller? I have enough good rollers (bearing wise) but I will have to weld flanges on all of them. To make these bigger rollers work on my crawler I would have to redrill the track roller frame so that the 2nd to the rear roller would not hit on the rear most roller. Also then, the rock guards would have to change too to fit the new location.

I received some info from Mark Everett...the M's had two different size of rollers and I have the smaller ones. Dang... the later ones will not bolt in directly as the bolt spacing is too close together for the back two! Let me know if anybody needs some really good late rollers.
