Where can I get tech and parts catalogs? The owner says it is a HD11C, but the tag, which looks sand blasted might say B or E. Can I find out by sn ? it is 14912.

Serial number should be stamped on rear housing under fuel tank, RH side as well.  Probably HD11E, if standard shift.  There was an HD11B too- but may have been discontinued by that time- about 1969.
Pretty sure I've got an operators and parts manual for HD11E (12201-up), will check.
