Help when shifting down on the fly? Or us it not worth the money thinking of getting one for my old WC?

I think you mean Sherman transmission, and no they are not made to shift on the fly

why do people always want to shift on the fly, i mean its a 38 its not that fast anyway, i am not trying to sound hostile was just wondering. dont get me wrong i have driven whites with the under, direct, over shift on the fly and it wasnt bad.

I thought it was like a 560 IH ta they shift in the fly

A Torque Amplifier is nothing like a Sherman. The Sherman is a gear only reduction or overdrive of ratios....a TA is a whole other animal.
