Allis Chalmers was a sizeable, diversified company.  Probably various divisions were sold to various companies when they closed the door.   Such listing would be interesting and informative.

Deutz got the farm tractors and combines, siemens got electrical and turbine, Fiat got crawlers and industrial, that's all I remember.

Much of the underlying parts might take a lot of digging to find who ended up with what. Like Deutz was only first stop for the Ag tractors, AC crushing and mining section ended up in several locations. Generation and transformers and switch gear in another , but the fuel cell research is part of GM now or was. Ship engines, milling (food), lawn and garden, and many more hidden parts like the venture into tar sands refining seem to be lost.
Rotary kilns used for cement powder and other such. One could research the court documents to see where these parts went under bankruptcy directives or when a section was sold how it was divided again by the new owner.
