So I tore into my wc 7078c carb tonight. I have a couple questions. I believe it is the idle jet that has problems. I can not get carb cleaner or compressed air to pass through it. The one end of the jet is sealed. Is that normal? it has one other hole in the side close to where it screws in.

Also, near the idle air screw, there appears to be an air bleed that goes through the throat of the carb and terminates right above the throttle plate. Should that be clear as well?

I'll post pics tomorrow as I'm sure a picture will be better than my horrible description. Hope it runs tomorrow.

This is the jet. The tube is sealed at the top.
