Thinking I'd be better off to find me something like an 8010 or 8030, something I can use and takes up more then shed space...I think she has around 4000 hours on the tac...what is a fair price to ask for it ?

Well it is a huge price range for the 190 market for some reason.

I have seen some decent looking tractors asking only 3K. I have seen them sell at auction that were a little rough in the 7K range.  I have seen really nice one like yours asking upwards of 12K, but don't know if they sell at that price or not.  Your tractor looks really good, and the weights will help as well.  The rubber looks a little low on the rear, but not bad.  The paint will really help in price.  What series is it, the later ones with the heavy duty axles bring better money "most times"

I am not about to give you a number for yours, but I would sure think that if you have kept it looking that good, and it has no mechanical issues you should be North of the average by a good margin.

Andy on your list I see you have a 930. Do you like it or have problems? I got a 930CK Diesel last fall for around 80 square bales. Just had to fix the 1st and 2nd shifter fork. I've used it all year on the haybine, seems ok. definately uses more fuel than 175D or the 45d with 262T. Pretty simple tractor so there is less to go wrong. I might keep it another year. Feels wierd having an off brand tractor.

We love the 930 case.. it kinda beats you around alittle bit after running it all day, but there isnt much that can go wrong on one, we use ours to pull a 24 foot harrigator and an 18foot disk...dad says its the best 3250 he ever spent...

Are all Allis tractors assumed to be gear jumpers or is this just an obligatory red herring for the peanut gallery to introduce? Just wondering . .

Many ACs are "gear jumper" it's usually caused by operators with bad habits, but it's do to the similarity in the design of the various transmissions. I've seen some low hour tractors that won't stay in one or more gears and very high hour tractors with no problems.

As for the gear jumping -It was a very poor design in the AC engenering department, , and operators clashing gears dont help, One Hundred series tractors are the worst

I don't think I've ever seen another XT with a black hood decal I'm also suprised there's no series III decal. but the landhandler decal is there. Did they offer the regular 190 along with the 200?
