looking at a New Holland 68 square baler. What would you consider a good price on a unit that is field ready? any input would be appreciated.

Same here. A pretty good 273 with a chute just sold here for just over $900 at auction. I didn't see it but was told it was in good shape.

sold my New Holland 67 hayliner last fall for $400.00 at auction, needed work on a knotter but otherwise good condition.  I wouldn't pay over $700.00 for a good working 68.  If you can afford it step up to the super series, they have whats called a super sweep and they work great.  or better yet a 336 john deere
