Compared to our 8050 the 8010 power shift is harder to move from each gear to the next.  Just wondering if its a fluid problem since i dont think the cable is wore out.  Any advise would help.

It would either be the cable or someone has been inside the shift control behind the batteries and rounded the saw teeth on the 8050 to make the action easier.

Through the years of PS there were at least 4 different spring and linkage arangements for the detent. One had 3 different holes for spring for how much detent pressure you wanted. You could have this one set for most detent pressure. MACK
