I've aquired a 7' box blade through a recent trade and I was quite certain its too big for the d14, but seems like unless you take a trade these days noone can afford to buy anything. Was the best trade I came up with, figured I could sell it or trade for a smaller one if the D14 wouldn't handle it. So that is my question really. Anyone used a box blade that big with a d14? or d15? I'm working on a deal about getting a d19 and I know that will handle it, but that probably won't happen until next fall or winter so wondering if I should try to trade this thing off or sell it?
thanks, Ian

Probably be OK, just can't move a mountain all at once. I have an 8' I use on my 170, works great.

Just as a follow up, I finally put the blade on my d14 yesterday. Indeed it will work, however, any time you have the blade off the ground and let the clutch out even a touch more than perfectly smooth, you pull the front wheels off the ground a foot or so. :) Time to hunt down some weights I suppose.
