I acquired a woods belly mower this fall and it turns out it is for a AC Model G tractor. I was told over the phone it was for a Cub Farmall. It is in very good shape, looks to have been stored inside and has brackets and even a belt. I was confused becasue it is red but contacted Woods and they said the early models were red. The name plate is very legible. I am interested in selling it. If there is any interest I can get a good picture to send. Originally thought of modifying it to fit but decided against that.

I am in east Tennessee. I just hauled it down here from SW Minnesota in October. I was told it was for a Cub. I don't have a feel for Allis stuff but i want $800.00 for it. |

Does that include the sheave (pulley) that mounts on the G's PTO?

I think I know where there are 3 Cub mowers and I want one for a G. I believe the 42 inch mower is the same for either tractor. I went to a Woods dealer a couple years ago and asked about buying brackets for the G Allis. The guy called Woods and I was told they don't sell a "KIT" . I don't know what that means. | Decks for 42's look the same. Same skid arms, clutch. Width of arms is different and the G has two tensioning pulleys. |
