Subject: Oil fluid and filters

I am changing the oil in my WD-45 what is the best type of engine oil and a filter number napa if anyone has that info. I am also filling the transmission that I drained in my quest for the piviot pin, what type do I need and can someone give me an idea of the best type to use?

Napa Gold #57011, don't let anyone talk bad about them if you get the current filter the design has been corrected, they used to be pleated paper that caused low oil pressure. I use synthetic 5W40 Rotella in the engine but any good 10W30 or 15W40 also works fine, if you think the engine has a lot of gunk/sludge in it i.e. never overhauled or worked really hard you may want to use non-detergent SAE 30. Universal hy-tran fluid in the entire tranny and hydraulics.
