According to Wikapedia the difference between a 190 and a 190XT is the 190XT is turbocharged. I've owned a factory equipped GAS 190XT, without a turbo of course. I was wondering what the differences between a 190 and a 190XT are besides the horsepower ratings?

Only difference between a 190xt and 190 is the turbo

Turbo unless it gassers you are comparing. The gas 190 has the G2500 265 cid engine while the gas 190XT G2800 301 cid.
