Crank shaft or the fron pulley ? if crank look to have it reground undersize if pulley use a speedy sleve to cover worn area.

Repair shop wanted 600.00 to repair my B crankshaft, I am getting it back today, unrepaired. I figured if I could buy a refurbished one for 300-375, why spend the money to repair the old one. Repair shop said it was at .009 and needed to be buit up.
I'm not trying to highjack the post, I need to know how to repair mine, too.

Leave the pulley alone... pull out the seal, drive in a new one, and drive it in either shallower, or deeper, so the seal doesn't ride in the groove.

Lazy K3, I'm thinking that there is another set screw under the top one in the same hole. Someone will come along eventually and verify that or not but I'm thinking that I've read that on another thread some time back. HTH.

Don't use torch.
Use a 4 1/2" disc grinder with a thin cutting blade.
Grind down 'close' to crankshaft, do same on opposite side, then split apart using a hammer and chisel.
