Well, still messing with the one-sixty starting issue I posted a week or so ago.  As I previously mentioned, I can get juice to the started to turn it over and start when I have the battery charger on.  It doesn't turn the starter at all without the charger connected.  The light on the insturment panel along with the headlights work.  It is a new fully charged battery (I even tried a different new battery).  I have cleaned all of the connections and today put new battery cables on.  I am really stumped on this one, because it starts right up with the charger hooked up, but doesn't turn anything over without it.  Is there some other place where a ground connection could be causing a problem and with the charger I am providing the ground to start it?  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks, Dave

have you tried to clean where the starter mounts to the block? how about taking a ground cable and mount one end to the starter and bolt the other end some place else that would make a good ground. have you tried to check the key switch to be sure its not that?
