Both are 1979 models, replacing the 7000 with the 7060. I'd like to keep both but the 7000 is sold to a neighbor who also bought the last 7000 I sold. I only need one tractor for my 100 acre no till corn/soybean operation. These tractors are a bargain compared to their JD counterparts from the same time frame.

I tried 4 times to fix my pics, I give up.

Thanks for sharing some great pics everybody. I like the "antiques" but my main interest is in the 100 series on up, most of which I think qualify for antique status now too!

Thanks for the compliment. My nephew loves the 8550. Had the Cummins in it when he bought it. Uses it more than the 4 dub. When he bought the 4 dub, he just couldn't get rid of the 8550. rrhead(SD)

That's a beautiful line up Lynn. What models are they? Looks like maybe an 8010 by the fuel tank and 6080 on opposite end?

4W305 Just after we had it repainted.  My Uncle sold this tractor new and we had the chance to buy it 4-5 years ago.  At that time it was in really sad shape.
Original 7000 with 1650 hours on it and Original 185 with less than 1000 hours.
Also have an open satation 8070 but dont have pictures of it.
