I was going to pull the grill assembly and hammer out a few dents, but thin I notice it looks like you have to unbolt the radiator???

Yup, there are 2 bolts holding it on.  Trick I learned was using a 3/8" x6" long extention and a 3/4" socket.  There is a hole in the frame unde the bolt head.  Put the extention through, then put the socket on.  Not hard at all.  Then you just need to make sure the angled washers go back on right.

Not that hard unless the bolts are rusted in place. Can be hard to remove then.

Are you asking about after it's off tractor? 2 bolts down on the side hold the shell to the radiator.Make sure cap is off and you pull bottom out first and fish neck out last.It can be a pain or go well, just depends.Almost not enough room to slide in or out but fits once it's there.Another learning curve, you can do it!

There are 4 bolts(2 per side ) holding shell to frame. The 1/2 bolts holding rad frame go through rail flanges that are milled flat but the back two(3/8) use a wedge piece to "equal" out the flange angle.
