Hi!
I am new to this forum...and already I have a question.
I am currently working on an AC WD and have discovered that the hydraulic pump has a seized cylinder. Any idea how to remove it without destroying it? It has never worked since I've had this tractor and I'm wondering (if I get it back together) whether it is sufficient for normal 3 point hitch implements?

Welcome to the forum. The WD hydraulics will handle 3 point implements with no problem. It is a high pressure system and should have enough volume to not be too slow with the 3 point. Someone more experienced than myself will probably chime in with suggestions on how to repair the pump. If it is beyond repair many of the vendors listed on here have used and/or rebuilt pumps available.

If a plunger is stuck, soak it in some Kroil or PB blaster and lightly tap on it a couple times. Don't drive it all the way in if it is out a ways, just tap, tap, tap.  If it moves, give another day to soak and tap on it again.  The longer it soaks before tapping the better chance you have of getting it out this way. If it acts like it won't move, maybe try twisting it back and forth some.
