There should be a little double arrow pointer on the bottom of the shifter shaft that would point to {5 3 R} on the back side and {1 2 4} on the front side. In the neutral position, center of the back-forth travel) you can twist the shifter to select which gear you want to be in, then you go forward or backwards to select the gear that the arrow points to on the respective side. | Charlie, the lever next to the T handle has hi, low, and park-basically the T handle has 5 forward and one reverse, the handle next to it has a hi-low and park (not powershift), and there are 2 buttons that look like old time dimmer switches for pd hi-low |
