I’m currently restoring an Allis chalmers G I think it is a 51 no hydraulic lifts on it, runs and drives like a champ no issues starting, just wondering if there’s any common issue with these things before I get it painted so I can fix them now/look into them thanks.

nothing is "common"... but the tractor is 75 years old.... Look for oil leaks around the engine crank seals, rear axle seals, etc.... other than that , just a good look around for normal wear and tear..... fan shaft bearings, loose steering, etc.
