I am trying to replace the steering wheel on the 200. I have the 1-1/4” nut off. I have sprayed JB80 on the splines. I have taped on the spokes, but it hasn’t broke loose yet. Any ideas?

Chances are VERY GOOD you will destroy it during the removal process. Are you removing it because you want to install a new steering wheel ?? If so, take a 3 lb hammer and bust all the plastic off around that hub. Get a good 3-jaw puller and put it under good tension. Quickly heat that hub red top to bottom and it should pop. Also, the same method could work without a torch by splitting the hub down to the splines with a cutting disc.

Thank you Doctor. I want to replace it with a 7000 series.
