Hello all I’m new to this forum but I just got my d17 finished with a 301 turbo engine I have pulled it a few times now and found out that I didn’t put nearly enough clutch in so I’m looking to go to a dual disk. Any one have one laying around used you want to sell or steer me in the direction of a new one? Thanks for all your help

Gosh, 40 years ago we always got by with a (relatively) stock clutch in a 180 or 190XT running 7th gear weighing not more than 8,000 lbs. What are you doing wrong ?? Are you using an 11 inch or 12 inch clutch ??? What vintage/age D-17 chassis ?? gas or diesel chassis originally ?? What weight?? what rear tire size?? what gear ??
