Ma
What is the best clutch to use for pulling, the foot clutch or the hand clutch on a WD45?

If both clutches are in good condition, it really makes no difference. Serious WD-series pulling tractors don't have a hand clutch in them, for weight reduction and no chance of slippage. Best performance foot clutches use a 4-button disc with a 9-spring pressure plate.
