Bought a year ago and what I’ve found is that it slips in high side and has hard slow steering at times. But the main issue is the remotes are very slow including the return. When dropping the loader bucket it just creeps down and float seems almost slower than under downward pressure(wl42 heavy bucket). Also notice it’s slower when warm and needs higher rpms to work at all which sounds like pump to me but does not explain the slow bucket raise AND drop. Any insight appreciated.

The loader came with the tractor ????  Slow downward movement sounds like incorrect couplers or tips on the back of the tractor.  Slipping high side is an issue of its own. Is the lifting power adequate??   I'd start by locating the large hex plug on the rear of the hydraulic pump and remove it. This hex plug is at least 1 1/4" or larger. Pull out the spring and see if the spool will slide out. The spool must be free to slide in and out. This is where to start. Next would be pressure check at a remove outlet with the engine throttled up. Should have 2,200 PSI and steady.
