The previous owner of our D15 Series 1 had four nuts as spacers positioning the wide front axle pivot bracket closer to the front of the tractor (away from the housing). I searched the D15 AGCO parts book online and cannot find the pivot bracket I have so I'm not sure I have the correct bracket. If I do have the correct bracket, I'm not sure if there was a plate or factory spacer that got replaced by the previous owner with nuts. The biggest issue with this is the little amount of threads that go through the pivot bracket do not allow the castle nut to thread on enough to install a cotter pin. Any thoughts on if this is the correct bracket for this tractor and if I'm missing a part that the nut spacers replaced? Photos of the bracket on the tractor and off are below. Thank you!

That is the correct bracket. Someone put in those nut spacers to make up for the large amount of wear where the bracket meets the wishbone. Chances are very good that your front pivot pin is worn out too. I am currently rebuilding the front axle on my series 2 diesel. After 60+ years, most of these tractors need to be built up.
