Sediment bowl under tank on LH side behind panel - hose to fuel pump with another sediment bowl - feed line to fuel injection pump. Open both bleed valves - one on curved side of pump and identical one on top of rectangular top cap of CAV pump.  Pump hand pump until only fuel comes from side bleeder and close - continue pumping until only fuel comes from top bleeder. Loosen one injector line with 17mm wrench and turn tractor over until it starts then tighten fuel line. Check for leaks. The other lines are return.

There is a thread below this addressing the same issue - check the fuel filter to make sure it is the correct filter WITH holes in top - if it is the other style filter it is easy to allow the oring to get into the slots and block fuel flow - just use the correct filter.
