Does anybody have info on how many D-17 and D-19 narrow front tractors were built?

Swinford's book doesn't have any numbers for the series 4 D-17 from 1964 to 67. Without those numbers, the total NF tractors of D-17 and D-19's is less than 9,000 units. I have always said, I believed that A-C sold more WF tractors percentage wise than any other competitor in row-crop models.
