This project is still a work in progress which has been delayed due to more pressing issues. We have both final drives removed from the tractor and most of the parts have been collected (brake drum & bands, clutch disc, seals, etc.). As time permits we will begin re-assembling.

We have not yet swapped the 'adapters' on the transmission case from side to side but it doesn't look difficult.

The goal is to have it running before springtime Wink

Dennis A. Il. has a video on his You Tube channel about the swap, I think. Not sure what the name of his channel is.

Dennis'  YT channel is called Antique Allis.  Very informative, detailed and helpful information.  I hope he creates some more content.

That is a great video and one i used when i removed my hand clutch. But my real question is to change lever and clutch to left side other then lever, clutch, axle is there something in the pumkin parts that needs to be changed?

Never been around one but thought the clutch was all in the axle housing so differential plays no role.

well I'll be attempting this switch this spring after all the snow plowing. With the help of my books and this great site we'll see how to goes.
