The tachometer cable on my 5015 needs to be replaced . do I have to order a oem cable or is there another manufacturer cable I can use that will fit

Several online sites have them! Google tach cable for 5015 Allis and see what come up.

No luck so far. Southern global had one and sold it. Their vendor is no longer making them

Called star   they can make the new tach cable if I have both ends of the cable nuts. I only have one.

Can I put a electronic tach in ?
