Hello first post so I hope this comes out alright...

We have an Allis Chalmers ACP50 fork lift with the G-427 (Continental TM27) engine.
Started skipping then wouldn't start, found that water got into the distributor and the drain holes were plugged with dirt. There's no tag on the machine with a serial number to indicate the year and there's also no tag on the distributor. I'm thinking it's a prestolite but I must not be looking in the right place because I haven't been able to find something that looks exactly the same to be able to look up replacement parts if they're even still available. Are there parts still available for these old machines or am I looking at buying a new distributor that I see are still made by Pertronix for the Continental TM27. Thank you in advance for any help!

here is a list of parts for a TM27 engine... distributor is on page 33 .... I "GOOGLE" the distributor cap part number  TM2700242 and got several hits.....

appears to be an electronic version..??? is that a part of the MODULE in the picture with the two wires running to it ??... factory module is outragous in price..

rotor and cap seem to be available.. an electronic MODULE is available... or go with the PerTronix electronic upgrade... I would verify with them on a specific KIT.... probably cheaper..
