42324232, Welcome to the AC forum. Try this agcopartsbook link & scroll thru it to drivetrain transmission to view parts schematics.

https://parts.agcocorp.com/us/en/apbsearch?q=agcoallis/79005853/l&name=6080+TRACTOR" rel="nofollow - https://parts.agcocorp.com/us/en/apbsearch?q=agcoallis/79005853/l&name=6080+TRACTOR

If for any reason link or site gets indifferent. You can start over on it homepage by clicking “parts book” icon. Then enter “6080” for model. Then choose 6080 parts. Then choose drivetrain again.

The 4-speed lever and the RANGE lever are built into the shift cover on top of the transmission. There isn't ANY external shifting linkage.

Had that problem once - but bought one that had been setting , spraying a bunch of penitrating oil down the rubber boot, seems the shifter just needs lube
