Mine comes from someone local, who does my house and farm. I just give him the model and age and s/n and a price of what I want it insured for. I pick the value. he calculates the premium cost based off of that number for fire, storm, theft, etc.

Mine are on a rider on my homeowner's insurance, but most of mine have liability only.

Another possible option depending on your needs is Hagerty.  They do tractors as well as cars.  Your agents may have access to them, or they do also deal directly with the client.  Bear in mind that operation on public roads/tractor drives can create a separate liability issue in addition to just physical coverage on the tractor itself.
