Is there a way to check the resistor thats next to the blower? Or does it work or not?
I keep blowing fuses but the fan motor turns freely.
Thanks Randy

Id take the wires from the switch to the resistor off turn on the switch to make sure its not the wires between. If it doesnt blow the fuse id put those back on and take the wires from the resistor to the motor off. If the fuse doesnt blow then its the motor. If its the motor id get a high eficiency blower assembly from ap air. They are super quiet and dont use a resistor

Well, i found the problem, bare wire on the compressor. Every time i would turn the thermostat to cold the fuse would blow. So it was a easy fix.
