An extreme take of of Milton Bergman's tractor from the early 80s only he had the drivers seat right up front. It was primarily  powered with a V12 Allison with a V8 of some kind over the tractor rear.  Then he added small Aluminum block Buick engines instead of weight to get up to weight. in the heavier classes I think he added 4 extra engines
