It appears there are two different ratio drives for the alternator drives for the tach. Does anyone have the slower ratio drive set up

12 & 45 tooth are the only one I remember on an Allis that's alternator driven. 
 I think MF used similar on a few models but no experience with them.

pulley size also effects alternator speed

Yes, pulleys differ and can really change speed of alternator. 
Sorry, My notes don't have the offset dimensions. 
PULLEY SIZES
170, 175, 180, 185 use; a 1/2" belt x 3 15/16" OD x .670" bore. 
190, 190XT and F & G combine; a 1/2" x 3" OD x .670 bore. 
200; 2 of 1/2" belt x 3 1/8" OD x .670" bore. 
D19, 210, 220; 2 of 1/2" belt x 3 1/4" OD x .670" bore. 
7000; 2 of 1/2" belt x 3 1/2" OD x .670" bore. wider offset. 
6060, 6070, 6080, 7010, 7020, 8010; 2 of 1/2" belt x 3 1/2" OD x .670" bore. narrow offset. 
Bigger model 7000's and 8000's use 2 pulleys; 1 narrow offset w keyway & 1 wider no keyway both 3 1/2" OD & use 2 of 5/8" belts.

M F is 14x23 that will change the tack speed I had some like over the years AC is 12x45
